Not submit purchased, scraped, or unlawfully obtained contact lists

Not use the service for spam, phishing, fraud, or unlawful solicitation

Revival Hero reserves the right to suspend service for violations.

6. Consent & TCPA Compliance

Users represent and warrant that:

Proper prior express consent has been obtained for any phone numbers submitted

Consent records can be produced upon request

No contact data was acquired through unlawful means

Revival Hero is not responsible for improper consent obtained by third parties.

7. Managed Service & Platform Disclaimer

Specific revenue outcomes

Appointment volume

Lead conversion rates

Results vary based on data quality, market conditions, and user responsiveness.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revival Hero shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of revenue or business opportunities

Carrier filtering or message blocking

Errors due to incorrect contact data

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to Revival Hero in the preceding 3 months.

We are not responsible for outages, filtering decisions, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
